Who We Are

JCASA is an association of JCPS administrators which exists to strengthen professional leadership and promote the general welfare of its members. As an organization, we strive to increase the public’s awareness of the vital role administrators play in the educational process. JCASA represents a host of administrative role groups including principals, assistant principals, counselors, directors, specialists, coordinators, managers, superintendents and those in other specialized fields. We invite your involvement as we continue to enhance the quality of education in the district.

*Legal assistance available when needed, including representation during due process meetings and compliance & investigation meetings.

*Sponsorship of the Milburn T. Maupin Award and the Mary Grace Jaeger Award, presented annually to members selected by their peers for outstanding professional and personal achievement.
*Sponsorship of two Milburn T. Maupin Scholarships, awarded annually to graduating JCPS students pursuing careers in education.
